    i am playing on survival dif. after all those years this is the first time that happens to me. sadly this mod does nothing for my problem. 
    and while i can change the dif to something else to make it happen with the console the game wont let me change it back again to survival.
    and i really wanted to start the BoS questline so i can travel with the vertibird :( i hope this mod work for the others
