Fermentation process for most blond lagers is around six months. Modern day fermentation takes about a week, tops, with the use of bacteria colonies which speed up the process remarkably.
Hey man, I was about to report your mod for stolen content, but I thought I should ask you about it first. I released a mod a few days ago called Wasteland Brewery, which does almost the exact same thing as your mod, which is make many drinks craftable. I'm not sure if this is a very, very odd coincidence, or if you saw my mod and decided to make it for yourself and upload it, but if you stole my mod idea, that's really not cool. If you could give me some kind of explanation to this I would really appreciate it.
