Traitorous Perks � a Perk Overhaul

It's just an .esp file no scripts all I did was add and alter all the conditions for the unlocking and locking of perks in the perk chart.

A good vs bad, a moral black v white with occasional shades of grey, Yin and yang etc etc..

A Role playing FFS why are you making me choose.

That was the aim

So I've limited the SPECIALS and given the rest of the perks 'traits' that work with or against other perks.
Hence the name Traitorous.

I know from the experience of constantly checking the mod that becoming distracted and reading the wrong descriptions
by accidently hitting Cntl or Alt can be dangerous.

So double check how many stars you have before you think you can't do something because the Description is for a different rank.
