The in-game status determination may be malfunctioning. Try changing following item in LoadAccelerator.ini.
AutoDetectLoadingState = true to false
For Windows 11, try disabling AutoHDR.

LoadAccelerator.ini has default values that seem to be optimal for many environments. You can also adjust it to your PC.
