I am quite late to the party, but if the creator of this mod reads this I have one question.

I saw at one part on the description that it seems like this mod allows for you to do repeatable quests. If this is true, and you have repeatable quests that you just run from one play to another over and over and over. Then you have my endorsement.

One extra question: it might have said, but do messages go to specific people in factions? Reason I ask is I am going to download the warhammer 40k conversion and I want to play as a faction based courier who fights his way to his client. Specifically maybe delivering a message to an officer of one faction or the other. Like BOS, and the like. Or is it just random wastelanders I'm running mail for?

      Yes, it does.

No, messages (letters) can be sent only to followers/companions to arrange a meeting (it's a feature that basically teleports your companion to you with a few hours delay).
Repeatable quest parcels, on the other hand, can be delivered to almost all NPCs of the game.

This is a great mod, very useful if you hate the fast travelling system like me.
With FCM, Canterbury Estates and the Belthan's mods a ghost town is now the Hub of the Capital Wasteland

LOL ! Tis a pity, I found this as a link on one of your Fallout 4 mods and clicked on it without realizing it is Fallout 3. Sounds like a great mod. Maybe some day ported? Awe well, I'll no doubt go back and do FO3 again after finishing 4. I downloaded the mod for when that time comes.Salute! And thanks for continuing mods for one of the truly great games.

Thanks for supporting, mochaman! I'd like to port this mod for FO4 but I'm not as expert with CK as I am with GECK. I promise I'll work on this as soon as possible

I'm wondering how this gets along with Canterbury Commons Interiors?

This mod won't conflict with that. It adds an entirely new building to canterbury commons behind joe porters diner.

In fact, there aren't any mods that will conflict with it's location.

That's exactly what Flipflop says. I however specified which mods conflict with mine (as far as I know) in the description.

Ok, this is good to know. I was just concerned about the mentioned mesh conflicts. Thanks.

Thanks for taking the time to do this ghzfba. It is an inspiration to see folks still active modding this game. I can't play your mod because I don't have the dlc and don't have plans on buying them but thank you any way for the effort you put into this mod. Looks amazing and the description sounds like you put lots of time into it. Cheers!

Thanks for your support!! Actually, my mod affects only few DLC records so I think it's easy building a version for vanilla game only. I'll try to do that as soon as possible.

This mod looks really good, but in the images it looks like you are using NV's mojave express mailbox. That could get you banned for porting assets!
I apologize if I am incorrect.

I'm glad you appreciate my work. About mailbox, you're right: I'm a newbie in these things and I wasn't thinking when I included it. However, I uploaded just now a new version of the mod which removes it completely. Thanks for the warning.

Hey! Nice mod, looks like you put a bit of work into this. How well does this play with FOOK's Phalanx module? Specifically the companions?

Hi! Thanks for having downloaded my mod! I have never used the mod you're talking about so I don't know how well mine fits with that. Anyway, I have just finished a very short compatibility test (with the companion called Malcolm) and seems it works.
