What this mod does:
This mod fixes and tweaks some things in the game.

Feel free to suggest something in the game that needs changing!

Vanilla Fallout 3

What this version does:
-Chief Gustavo now wears a Tenpenny Combat Helmet.
-Changes "Shot glass" to "Shot Glass."
-Gives better armor & weapons to Caravan Gaurds.
-Changes the clothing on Crimson and Clover.
-Gives better armor & weapons to Canterbury Commons gaurds.
-Allows the Armored Vault Suit to be repaired w/ other Vault Suits.
-Allows Plunkett's Valid Points to be repaired w/ Brass Knuckles.
-Adds the cut weapons (Wanda, Law Dog, etc.) to the game. (Hints in the screenshots section on the mod page.)
-Adds several police hats to the Germantown Police HQ.
-Gives Shorty a Wasteland Trader's Hat
-Gives Bittercup a Police Baton instead of that ugly lead pipe.
-Removes the Metal Pots that you could pick up in Tranquility Lane.
-Gives Deputy Weld a Megaton decal and sheriff badge.
-Fixes the "ghost poster" outside Springvale School.
-Reilly now gives you a Ranger Helmet in addition to the armor.
-Dead ranger, Theo, now wears a set of Combat Armor.
-Tinker Joe now wears Recon Armor & Glasses.
-Adds some Outcast Recon Armor to Fort Independence.
-Ranger Battle Helmets now use the correct texture.
-Removes some objects I found in walls.
-Allows T-51b to be repaired w/ Power Armor.
-Eulogy Jones now wears his hat.
-Allows the Shady Hat to be repaired w/ Prewar Hats.
-Gives Dr. Lee a 10mm Pistol.
-Gives Garza a Sledgehammer.
-Gives Dad an Assault Rifle.
-Colonal Autumn's Laser Pistol is no longer a quest item.
-The Sheriff's Duster can now be repaired w/ Regulator Dusters.
-The Sheriff's Hat can now be repaired w/ Stormchaser hats.
-Vance's Longcoat can now be repaired w/ Regulator Dusters.
-Eulogy Jone's Hat is now repaired w/ Prewar Hats.
-Eulogy Jone's Suit is now repaired w/ Prewar Suits.
-Boogeyman's Hood is now repaired w/ Raider Wastehound Helmets.
-The Tenderizer now uses it's effect.
-Renames "Falls Church East" to "LOB Enterprises."
-Renames "Robot Repair Center" to "Darren's Discounts." (To match the sign.)
-Modifies Joe Porter's diner to look more like a place of buisness.
-Renames some interior areas.
-Ant Refuse Piles now have opening & closing sounds.
-Dogmeat is now the only dog with heterochromia. (2 different colored eyes)
-Bottles with the word "Empty" in their name are just called "______ Bottle."
-Changes the value of the Xuanlong Rifle to be worth more than a regular Chinese Assault Rifle.
-Caravan Gaurds now level w/ the player.
-Fission Batteries now weigh only 1 lb.
-You can take both arms from a dead Deathclaw.
-Paladin Hoss now levels w/ the player.
-The lost initiate now wears Recon Armor.
-Corpses w/ the word "Dead" in their name no longer have dead in their name.
-Jitters & Fluffy are no longer hostile to the player.
-Metro Protectrons now have metro badges.
-Garbage Cans in citys are now lootable.
-The Antagonizer's Ants are now named.
-"Dave's Special Key" no longer opens Dave's safe. There's a new key for that & the Ballot Box.
-Sierra Petrovita now has a key for her soda machine.
-The pointless lag causing fire barrel in Rivet City's market has been removed.
-The pre-war theme tricycle has been removed.
-Containers in Hotel rooms are usable.
-Outdoor fires now produce light. (Grayditch mostly.)
-Fixed the reversed doors problem in Project Purity. (You'd think Bethesda would notice such a problem in such an important location.)
-Cleaned up & removed garbage from all major towns.
-"Soda Bottles" are now called "Nuka-Cola Bottles."
-10mm Pistol Clip textures have been fixed.
-Added more furniture markers to Canterbury Commons.
-Fixed up Rivet City's Market. (All trash removed. Made a little workshop area with objects that were already there. Minor navmesh changes.)
-Beefed up Canterbury Commons defences significantly. (Turrets!)
-Several scavengers have moved into Canterbury Commons. (To make it feel more like a "trading town.")
-The T51b Helmet now has it's own icon. (T51b Helmet icon by bro_nod.)
-5.56 rounds world model is now a box instead of Chinese Assault Rifle mag.
-Ash & Goo piles will now vanish when you leave an area. (When you move between an interior & exterior cell or go through a loading screen.)
-Rivet City Security Armor can be found in the Rivet City Armory.
-Chief Gustavo should now sell "Tenpenny Security Uniforms."
-The Gary Clones now have Pip-Boys.
-Ammo Boxes Respawn (Because why wouldn't enemies try to replace ammo they lost?)
-Enclave Boxes Respawn (Enclave constantly re-deploy to the same camps, so wouldn't they come with more suppies?)
-Lincoln's Repeater fires .44 Magnum projectiles and ejects pistol casing. (Because it's visualy closer to a .44 Magnum casing than a 5.56 casing is.)
-Fixes all of the map markers. (Power Stations and Radio Antenas are marked as industrial, cities are marked as cities, etc.)
-All Merc/Slaver armor is cross repairable with each other.
-Added Burnmaster, Nuka Grenade, & Zhu-Rong Pistol to Pyromaniac Perk list.
-UWWUT textures added.
-Added Red Racer Jumpsuits to the Red Racer Factory.
-Added the cut Pink Power Armor (it's hidden near the Statesman hotel.)

Broken Steel

-The special Super Sledges that Super Mutant Overlords carry are now called "Overlord's Super Sledge."
-Albino Radscorpions now have five Poison Glands instead of just four.
-Vanilla T51b receives a small stat upgrade.
-Talon Company now have a proper prison tent.
-Tri-beam Laser Rifles are cross repairable w/ Laser Rifles.
-Fixed some Super Mutant Overlords being pick-pocket-able and others not. (All pick-pocket-able now.)
-The Rockland Car Tunnel isn't marked as a city now.
-Added Overlord Sledge to Super Sledge repair list.
-UWWUT textures added.


Mothership Zeta

-Allows you to kill alien workers without effecting your karma. (Because you could kill enclave scientists without effecting karma. Why's this different?)
-The correct version of General Chase's Coat is now in the footlocker.
-Drone Cannon icon is fixed.
-Renamed Paulson's Hat from "Sheriff's Hat" to "Paulson's Hat."
-Renamed Zeta's General Overcoat to "LAS-009 Overcoat" (to differentiate from the Anchorage version, and to match shipping holotape).
-Fixed Anchorage Shipping holotape (I think).

Operation Anchorage

-Allows the Gauss Rifle to be repaired w/ Sniper Rifles.
-A set of Winterized Combat Armor is now in the reward room.
-General Chase's Overcoat is now in the reward room.
-You can no longer wear glasses w/ the Winterized Combat Helmet.
-The correct version of Winterized T51b is in the reward room.
-Winterized T51b & vanilla T51b have received a small stat upgrade & are now equal to each other.
-The Gauss Rifle no longer removes backpacks.
-The Winterized T51b Helmet now has it's own icon. (T51b Helmet icon by bro_nod.)
-Hats & glasses can no longer be worn w/ the stealth suit.
-NPCs can now use the Gauss Rifle and Shocksword.


Point Lookout

-Removes some objects stuck in other objects.
-Gives the Superior Defender perk a better description.
-Double Barrel Shotguns can be repaired w/ Sawn-off Shotguns.
-Lever-Action Rifles can be repaired w/ hunting rifles.
-Lever-Action Rifles & Backwater Rifle now use 10mm projectile & casing.
-Regular double barrel shotguns now fire only 1 shot at a time. (Pa's Fishing Aid still fires both.)
-Microwave Emitter now runs on small energy cells & you can see that when you reload.
-Created unique textures for the Backwater Rifle & Pa's Fishing Aid.
-Added Pa's Fishing Aid to the game. (It was previously cut. It's very powerful for sneak attacks and decent at close range, but it fires both shots at once & degrades fast-ish.)


The Pitt

-Fixes the floating fire and "boards in a wall" in the Steel Yard.
-Wildmen now use Pitt Raider armor instead of Slaver/Merc armor.
-Added mattresses to the slave yard. (Ever notice that they didn't have anywhere to sleep?)
-Gamma Suit Armor has it's own texture. (The Gamma Shield Armor texture wasn't created by me, but I can't find the file I got it from on the nexus anymore.)
-Fixed Ashur's Armor icon.
-The Gamma Suit texture is now applied to the "Metal Master" armor. (To make it look more unique.)
-The unique Pitt armors are now repaired w/ raider armor.
-UWWUT textures added.
-Metal Armor can be used to repair Raider Throwdown Armor, Gamma Shield Armor & Metal Master Armor and visa versa.
-Leather Armor can be used to repair Leather Rebel & Raider Commando Armor and visa versa.
