**Unlocked all outfits at the beginning of the game

updated to work with patch on 04.30.2015

Finally able to update the mod and now works fine for the following. No more lockpick issues, however other issues have come up. Stationary kick now hardly applies any force - was broken by developers. Tackle also acts differently.
