1. Diffuse map is lighten for both realistic and smooth versions so there will be less darker patches in the hair especially for lighter hair colors.
2. New normal map for both versions-it is soften to reduce the rough look in the vanilla texture
3. Cleaned up alpha map so less visible holes especially in modded hairs (eg. qunari hair mods) Trespasser compatible.Only replaces straight thick and wavy thick textures which retextures most of the hair and beard textures. Other unnecessary textures not included hence much lighter than the older version. Should reduce loading time on lower end pcs.
4. Only use one version at a time (smooth or realistic) never both. It is not compatible with other hair retexture mods and hair mods which includes any custom hair retextures.
Please note I used only three mods (hair mod, complexion mod and hair retex) when testing out the dlc so I have no idea how it will play along with other mods. Also I’ve only played about 20 minutes into the dlc and so far there’s no more screen freezing or locking up when opening the inventory like the previous version.
This was back in April...were you using the EA Beta app at the time or still using Origin? Were you on the latest version of Frosty (at the time?). If you were using the EA app, Frosty doesn't actually run too well with that app, or with Steam, or non-Origin programs. It requires a patch program to run. I would link it but I forgot if it was from github I grabbed it, or from the Mass Effect Andromeda nexus area. There is a file in the nexus version of Frosty that is there specifically to help deal with the app incompatibility.
If none of that is relevant, well....I dunno then. Worth a shot, I suppose.
Not working anymore. Sad, cause it seems to be A LOT OF work, and.. Nothing left. Sad that lots of mods arn't followed anymore by their creator to keep them updated and working
Anyone got this working lately? I've tried with and without the originals and putting them ahead in the load order but the moment I start trespasser the vanilla hair is back I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or it just doesn't work. The original non-trespasser sk hairpack worked all game including the dlcs except emporium.
