The reddit link is dead. Fortunately I happened to make this work:
1. Open DOS:EE\ Data 2. Rename MainLSF.pak to MainLSF.pak.u ironically 3. Create a folder named Public. Open it. 4. Create another folder named Shared. Open it again. 5. Create yet another folder named RootTemplate. Open it. Getting tired? 6. Assuming you already have the file from here (duh) open all folders inside until you see a file named player.lsb 7. Finally, extract the player.lsb file to Public\Shared\RootTemplate.
The final path should look like this: DOS:EE\ Data\Public\Shared\RootTemplate\player.lsb.
Open the game and you should see the warning mentioned in the mod description; i.e. mod is working now

This works perfectly well, just dowload the file in the Dropbox, and follow the instructions in the Imgur link.
Hope the creator of the initial mod here won't be offended >_<
I read somwhere in some other mod that changing the "main" name folder to "share" make mods work, I did, the message did show up for me,but not sure if the mod is working or not...
