Ok, something is wrong. After following all instructions, it doesn't give me any errors in willowtree, but the hammer simply isn't in my inventory or on the ground nearby. I have all three DLC's and Zed's patch installed.
(EDIT) Just tried this again with the Gear Calculator posted by Eggowaffles25 and works as the hammer is in my backpack now, probably because the Gear Calculator looks to have a different version of willowtree, or an extra file or something.
Borderlands 2 is pretty much locked down to the version of the UE3 editor Gearbox customised for it.
Borderlands 1 had the editor in the exe that some enterprising fans managed to hex edit out to a semi-usable state (prone to crash and missing a load of features).
There are a couple of dozen fan-made levels to play and a load of fun weapons.
I think a better question is how the hell did you make this!? I was under the impression that Borderlands and Borderlands 2 were not even remotely modable, past making simple gun edits on pre-existing weapons...
