   Damnit, this download is a rar file. I really want this mod but I don't know how to get my computer to read rar files. I also really want Crocodylia but it is a rar file as well.

      It's very simple, you just need a RAR extractor like WinRAR or 7-Zip, then open the extractor program, navigate to the RAR file, right click .. and extract to wherever you want it.
