This is my first attempt at modding ZT2, and when using this once I have selected a zoo location and monetary amount, I click the check mark to actually go to the zoo and the game crashes. Any ideas what could be going wrong?
I would say to make sure you downloaded the mod correctly, I'm not the most advanced at this kind of stuff. but for me, all my mods work as long as I properly decompress them and just put them straight into the whole zoo tycoon folder, hope this helps.
Im rather familiar with modding in general, so I am pretty sure I downloaded it correctly, however I forgot Ive got a shitty torrent of ZT2 on this computer and its giving me issues elsewhere, too. Im pretty sure thats the root of the issue and Im gonna try it again on the legit game in a couple days. Thanks though!

UPDATE: Fixed. If anyone out there is as dumb as I am, who is struggling with the downloadable amazon purchase of this game, don't be confused by the desktop launcher file. Go to your Program Files like the tutorials say.
This mod is fantastic, it's turned ZT2 into Planet Zoo. 10/10
Where the F* did u even buy the Amazon downloadable version? everytime i try it tells me its not aviable even tho on shopsite itself is says aviable in my country.
I am brand new to the whole mods for zt2 thing, I thought I installed the mods correctly but the models aren't showing up as they should according to this mod's screenshots. I placed the zt2 files in the file folder[based on old walkthroughs for this], did I place them in the wrong place??
Hi. I love this mod, but some of the animals don't work, notably the Asian elephant and the cheetah.
Also, what ever happened to the team behind this mod? Their website is down, and also some of the animals they didn't finish/release look so out of place compared to the rest. Is there another mod that remodels them?
The Radical Remake variants patch includes many bugfixes (such as the jaguar open mouth bug) and gives each animal multiple variants. https://zt2downloadlibrary.fandom.com/wiki/Radical_Remake_Variants_%2B_Patch_(Lgcfm)? In every way a must-have. I hope this will alleviate some of the issues experienced and I hope that at least the bugfixes will be implemented by Aurora Designs.
I downloaded all the files (and the complete collection) but the new biomes aren't working. Is there a specific place in the Zoo Tycoon 2 folder where I need to upload them to make them work? How do I fix this?
Is anyone else having problems with Nile Crocodiles refusing to drink? Specifically young and juvenile crocs are making themselves sick and giving me a headache by not drinking
