Version 1.2022.8.0
- Edited the messages that display when a game's EXE is not suitable for patching to give more details of what the problem is.
- Fixed a bug where the background image resizing code will fail if the original images are marked as "Read Only".
- Moved all Strings used in the Resizer into a String Database and converted the UI to use the MVVM model. This was done to make it easier to translate the program's text into other languages.

- Added an option to patch the game's EngText file to have the correct resolution numbers displayed in the Display settings menu.
- Fixed bug where the default names list for the new profile creation window was not being modified to account for the new resolution.
- Modified image editing code so that it gives a single message box with a list of any missing images after patching, rather than one separate message box for every missing image.
- Changed UI colour scheme from the drab grey to a blue scheme that more closely matches the colours used by the game.

- Added an option to stretch the menu images to the size of the game's window instead of adding a black border around them.
- Changed the maximum resolution limits so that they are actually 3x bigger than the game's usable UI rather than ~3.01x.

- Forced program's window to be centred on screen at startup.
- Text box contents will now be selected on clicking the box.
- Changed the way the city viewport size multipliers are calculated to cap them at 127 if a selected resolution would create a larger number.
- Because of the above change, the maximum resolution caps have been increased.
- The gap filling code has been overhauled to automatically work out what portions of the game's UI has gaps in it and fill them in. This includes the gap that will appear under the city viewport if a vertical resolution higher than 1934 is selected.
- Overhauled red stripe drawing code to calculate how much extra stripe needs to be drawn rather than drawing only one extra stripe and hoping it is the correct length.

- Discovered a critical bug where the new UI code injected into the EXE only works if the custom resolution is 1600x900
- Disabled the injected code until I figure out how to fix it. In-game UI still looks glitched but much better than before.
