      attach gmloader.log here
the file is present on the game folder

specifying your modlist would help too

Thank you for taking the time to help me
I noticed I was using the wrong version, so I updated it to 41.20 however the problem is virtually the same still?
      New Error is:

For reference, I'm using Vortex for mods and GMLoader is manual because Vortex hates me, GML is in the game files.
The only errors I found were as follows:

outdated mods won't work because the game's still getting updates, try disabling Stash Plus, PNWAO, GNDP, ELD, BeNaDes

there's also a big overhaul mods such as Tieba01 and Escape from Zakov, you choose one of them because both mods has a lot of conflicts

    Hello again :)
Edit: This is using the mo2 configured version, not sure if that makes a difference though.
The newly uploaded 41.20 GML seems to be the same as 41.19 GML, and seems to revert the data.win to the 41.19 version of zero sievert; and yet the backup.win seems to be the 41.20 version.
When running GMLoader.exe, the data.win loses 256 Bytes compared to the integrity verified data.win.
+ the GMLoader.exe says it was created on the 25 of March instead of the 27th.
The backup results in the same amount of bytes as the 41.20 zero sievert data.win, so it seems to be a mismatch of both .19 & .20.

    "Reading game data...

Reading misaligned at 013D36AC, realigning back to 013D36B0
Reading misaligned at 013D36C4, realigning back to 013D36C8
Reading misaligned at 013D36E8, realigning back to 013D36EC

Reading misaligned at 013D5BB8, realigning back to 013D5BBC
Backup of the data has been created"

163,976,360 bytes is the integrity verified data.win's size and is also the backup.win's size when it is created from GMLoader.
163,976,104 bytes is the size of the data.win after GMLoader is ran, making the data.win shrink in size.

Also, all the import folders for the .csx files are all empty; this is expected, yes?

    Sorry for any inconvenience,
    Much love my friend.

I actually tested to see if the mo2 configuration (The GMLoader.ini) makes a difference, and it does.
      Launching the regular GML with the .ini it comes with (from the 27th) launches Zero Sievert (albeit with the realigning);
But launching GML with the mo2 version of the .ini (which is from the 25th) results in mo2 saying a hash mismatch.
      Both .ini's will result in the realigning and size shrinking of data.win + the size mismatch of both the backup & data .win's;
but the default GMLoader.ini is the only one that will open Zero Sievert.

csx folder is meant for mod authors making their custom script for gmloader so yeah it's supposed to be empty. but the builtin script folder inside csx folder is supposed to have a couple of script files

you may have backup.win inside mo2's overwrite folder, because user generated files tends to reside there, backup.win inside the overwrite folder will always override backup.win inside the the game folder so make sure to delete backup.win in the overwrite folder aswell

It took about an hour of going through and deleting every single sievert related folder and reinstalling everything, but that seems to have finally worked.
Originally there was a backup.win in the mo2 overwrite, but deleting it and running GML through mo2 would still result in the mismatch.
I truly have no idea what being deleted fixed the problem, but I assume just something insanely old prevented it from working right.
I'm too tired to investigate further, so... oh well.
Have a good day or night :)

Due to last game's v.0.41 update it cannot be playable with mods. We reverting our versions to v.40.25. But we cannot understand which version we should download for version 0.40.25 please explain us or make the easy description in downloads in files section

if your using 0.40.25 then you should pick the files which had 0.40.25 version on it.
the alphabets after the version are just some hotfixes or new features, so you should pick the latest alphabet which is 0.40.25c

keep in mind that some mods may not work because they require the newest gmloader feature (check the changelog)

I tried reinstalled  .NET 7.0 x64 runtime, delete every gamefiles and reinstalled the game,  it still shows this:

I think there is something wrong with the ImportRoom.csx? Is it supposed to be showing this?

And do i have to delete the backup.win and verify the gamefile everytime when i try to install a new mod?

The NET 7.0 runtime is no longer needed as all dependencies are bundled withing gmloader, you just need to delete the csx folder located at mods/csx/

Room import script is experimental and no mods currently use it

I installed it manually, placed the GML Loader folder inside the "Zero Sievert" folder where the game's .exe is located.
Launching GML Loader.exe brings up a command line window, it says its recompiling, and right as I see my monitor going to fullscreen to launch the game, it shows this error:

    ERROR in
    action number 1
    of  Step Event0
    for object obj_logo_screen:
    "gamedata_order.json" doesn't exist

    at gml_Script_trace_error

    gml_Script_gamedata_load
    gml_Script_gamedata_initialize_and_load
    gml_Object_obj_logo_screen_Step_0

Putting the GML Loader files directly inside the game dir causes it to not run at all.
I have the .Net Runtime 8.0 x64 installed in my machine btw.
gamedata_order.json does indeed exist, I checked and the file is there.

How do I get this thing to work?

GML Loader didn't touch any of the game files except data.win. The error is related to you missing a game files.
Try verifying the integrity of game cache. If it doesn't work use the MO2 version

I verified integrity of game cache and it worked, thanks. Although the GML Loader still doesnt launch the game, but it successfully does the code thing and the mods work fine.
No errors, just that it fails to launch the game, but I launch it myself afterwards anyway.

Had the same issues as username1782. Guess I had also NET 7.0 something.
After installing .NET 7.0 x64 runtime and deleting backup.win everything works perfectly.

I am not sure if the install instructions are unclear or if the mod is simply not working, but I've failed to get the GML Loader working.
I am using Stash Plus to see if it functions when in-game.

Edit: I forgot to mention that I also launched Zero Sievert.exe both from mo2 & the steam folder, but SP didn't seem to function making
me think that GMLL wasn't launched.

I've tried both installing through mo2 & manually installing the mod, yet both do not work for me.
Launching GML Loader.exe from "steam\...\Zero Sievert\GML Loader\GML Loader.exe" seems to launch some command window briefly and then nothing else.
I've added GML Loader.exe to the dropdown modify executeables thing on the right in mo2 in two different attempts/locations, one at the base game at the previously mentioned steam install location, and another attempt where I installed GMLL using mo2, opened the mod folder, copied the .exe's path ("mo2\zero sievert\mods...") and added it to the dropdown menu as well, both of which have had the same effect of doing nothing.

Your install instructions for mo2 mention adding GML Launcher.exe to the "launch executeable" in mo2; but I have no idea what that is and searching "mo2 launch executeable" just shows results for the aforementioned dropdown modify executeables thing where I added GMLL.exe previously, so I feel like the dropdown menu is simply called the "launch executeable".
However, I feel like "launch executeable" would imply adding the GMLL to launch at the same time as zero sievert in mo2, but I feel like the instructions would be more clear on that aspect if it were the case, so I doubt myself and think that I have followed
the instructions correctly and the mod is just failing to do anything.
Again, both the manually installed version and mo2 are resulting in just a brief moment of some command window popping up and then disappearing without zero sievert being launched.
I temporarily moved the files from "steam\...\Zero Sievert\GML Loader" to "steam\...\Zero Sievert" and launched the GMLL.exe from the base steam folder, but that also had the same result.

I doubt anyone would upload a mod that doesn't work / hasn't been tested, so I feel like the mod is supposed to work and I'm just doing something wrong, what am I missing?
    Much love my friend :)

I haven't tested much about MO2 but it seems like the newer version of MO2 has a VFS issue that wouldn't let you load external json files if you load the GMLL executable in an isolated folder.
i'll upload the fixed file for MO2 in a moment

To further clarify your concerns on the launch executable, you need to install GMLL manually because of MO2 VFS issue.
then from MO2 you click this at the right panel to add an executable

Choose edit then click the plus icon, add from file, choose the GMLL executable. You should now have the option to choose the GML Launcher from MO2 launch executable

I'd like to note that it's also possible for your external antivirus like avast/kaspersky to flag the executable which is a false alarm

Hi, thanks for the reply :)
I'm glad to see that I was running it through mo2 correctly.
Guess I've just never seen the drop down menu be called by it's actual name before haha
Unfortunately, I haven't gotten it to work, even with the new version you uploaded.

With the manual install, does it make a difference whether the GMLL files are in a separate folder within the base game folder?
      e.g. "\Zero Sievert\GML Loader.exe" vs "\Zero Sievert\GML Loader\GML Loader.exe"
Currently I have the mo2 GMLL's files in the base folder, but I've not noticed a difference as they both briefly launch some sort of command window before disappearing and resulting in nothing.
Edit: forgot to mention that I tried launching GMLL under both it's own file and also merged with the main file, but noticed no difference though.

I have both my steam and my mo2 folders on a windows av exclusion, so it shouldn't have an effect.
I turned off windows defender real time protection and noticed no difference, so I doubt it to be my av.

Since it seems to be working for you, what version of mo2 are you using? I'm using v2.5.0 on a global instance.

Under mo2, I have the GMLL's "binary" set as "D:\steam\steamapps\common\Zero Sievert\GML Loader.exe", and the "start in" as the same path but without the last \GMLL.exe, they're the same paths as zero sievert which launches correctly in mo2.
Perhaps my unconventional steam/mo2 install locations are causing some issue? like some file assuming install at C:\ instead of my D:\, or something of the sort?

Sorry for these issues to come up, though I appreciate your help my friend :)

it does matters to where you extract the GML Loader.
      The C or D drive don't matter

try verifying if it works by manually installing the mod. Follow these steps
1.Download the GML Loader - Mod Organizer 2 from the modpage
      2. Extract the zip file into the game folder
      3. Run GML Loader.exe

I did previously extract the mo2 version directly into the base folder, and tested both through mo2 and manually starting the GML Loader.exe to no effect.
I redownloaded the mo2 version and extracted it to "d:\steam\steamapps\common\Zero Sievert" which asked me to replace 20 out of the 24 "files", except when manually launching the GMLL.exe I'm not even seeing the command window thing pop up briefly anymore, yet launching the extracted GMLL.exe through both a temp folder in my downloads and also mo2 will have the window pop up, unlike the GMLL.exe in base folder.
re-extracting the downloaded mo2 version to the base will always result in only 20/24 of the files being replaced, but I think the 4 "files" are just the folders for the runtime folder in which windows isn't replacing.

Okay, I completely reinstalled the game, downloaded the non mo2 version, and installed it using vortex.
Launching the tool through vortex will briefly say the tool is running, and then the "running..." message will disappear.
I have no idea what's going wrong.
If you can get it running through all 3 methods, then it's probably something about my pc, but I haven't got a clue as to what would differ.

If you have a few ideas, I'll try them; but I think I'll just continue my main save without SP.
Maybe as time goes on the problem might get fixed, but I'm now out of ideas myself.

Thanks for trying to help though, it is very greatly appreciated :)

      Yeah, it works. Thanks :)

I launched the mo2 version of GMLL through mo2 using the launch executable, and the window said it succeeded and was launching the game, but the window disappeared and zero sievert didn't launch.
I then launched the GMLL.exe manually inside the base folder, and it seemed to work properly. (once)
I launched the GMLL through mo2 again and it repeated the first behavior; but I then launched zero sievert through the mo2 launch executable and it works properly, however launching the GMLL.exe manually again will display "error code 1: game data mismatch...".

I'm not sure if it's unintended behavior, or simply a limitation on how the launcher/loader functions, but either way, it seems to function fine as long as I launch zero sievert through mo2.
I'll see tomorrow if there'll be any crashes or bugs because of it, but it seems to be all good now.
I know I recently downloaded some version of net runtime 7.0, but I guess it needs v0.14 specifically or something.

I've typed launch so much it doesn't even seem to be a real word anymore
Thanks for all the help though, it's greatly appreciated :) having SP again will be so nice lol

game data mismatch is simply caused by tampered data.win i'm sure it instructed you to delete the backup.win and verify the integrity of the game. It should fix the problem

Last night I followed the instructions as told by the error code, but it didn't seem to change anything.
Today however, I removed the AR/Carbine buff mod from mo2 (it's the one on the zero sievert discord server) then re-did the steps and verify integrity reinstalled 1 file, now launching both manually and through mo2 work as intended.
It's either a terrible coincidence or the mo2 installed mod was somehow affecting something.
Either way, it works as intended now.

One more thing however, last night when launching GMLL through mo2 the console would seemingly be working as intended except for it not actually launching zero sievert; only manually executing the GMLL would actually tell me that something was wrong.
I'm guessing that's just some typical mo2 jank stuff? oh well

Glad to see it working correctly now, thanks for all the help :)
