I learned it from Here, tho you may need to download the asset studio from somewhere else cause that github had reached like a download limit or something when I tried the first time. when you load the bunch of files in asset studio the default will show scene hierarchy, click on the asset list for it to show the files, then go to the wiki? and search the card you want to change, scroll down to the Facts window and look for the database number, search in asset studio for that number and rightclick on it and show original file, that's the file you open in the other program to change the image.
