Added a new, custom main character. The other duelists are still just placeholders. If you have already completed the Intro duel for Act I, you will have to complete it again to unlock the deck profile picture for the main character.

A little clean up on the names of the decks from Act I (added a 0 before single digit numbers).
The chances of getting any Equip Spell cards, from Act I and Act II duel drops, has been increased by x3. Before, only some of the equip cards had a x3 rate, now all of them do.

Added three new cards to the Act I Booster Packs card pool, to reflect the deck additions.
