Place the two files given into the root of your game files. If asked to replace files, then say yes.
You'll have to reset your save file for the mod to function properly. The save file can be found under:
Steam/userdata/SteamID/1150640/remote/savegame.dat
Delete the file and launch the game. It will say that the save file is corrupt and will ask you if you want to make a new file. Say "yes" and you're ready to go.

Just replace the savegame.dat with the given file instead of deleting it.
