I still dont get it, why it doesnt work. I am using eng ver and RMM, and the game didnt give me 9999 point. All the mods that i have downloaded from this nexus is work perfectly except this. What did i do wrong?
the gag is that this mod doesnt work with rmm apparently. you have to manually insert the file yourself.
what i did to get it to work was:
1. navigated to where my Yakuza Kiwami 2 folder is 2. in the search bar of my files i typed in "db" there should be a file with the name db 3. click the "en" file inside of it 4. Replace the original "player_skill.bin" file with the modded one you had downloaded

I can't get this to work. I am playing in English and I have this mod extracted in my RyuModManager mod folder, but when I run it it says "Some folders in the root of "K2 Unlocked every ablity upgrades" do not exist in the game's data". I looked at the old comments here but I can't find the player_skill.bin file in my base game folder. I can only find 2 player_skill.bin files in the Default Version folder and the Style Switching Version of this mod. Am I missing something?
Guys, I found their answer in the comment of the youtube vid showcase. Move the "Unlocked every ablity-upgrades" folder into the mod folder, instead of the entire parent folder "K2 Unlocked every ablity upgrades". That worked for me

Just in case anyone tries to play this on the japan version, open the folder you have from this mod and change db.en to db.ja, etc That way the mod can find the files it has to change. This applies to any other language as well. Simply change en to the ending of the current language youre playing in :)
Cool mod, but it might not be compatible with style switcher. The description of the skills changes when enabling the mod. Is this only a visual thing or does the actual effect of the skill also change between versions?

Why aren't you telling me how to do it when so many people are asking??
Can't you install it on Steamdeck??
