      Download the mod and put the zip in the mod folder and run RyuModManager and save

    If I would delete the "face" and "hair" files would I get a Kiryu with Yagamis clothes or would I f*#@ up my game?

      Maybe, but this mod only intends to simply swap Kiryu's likeness with Yagami's.

    For some reason; all of the models/outfits are the "comedic" outfit for me. I would like to use Yagami's regular outfit but it does not show up when I switch to any of the outfits in game. How can I fix this?

      Sorry for the late reply, but you should try asking in the yakuza modding discord. It's an issue that isn't consistent which means I couldn't face it while testing, along with many other users.
