   game crashed when i tried to fight majima, i tried both normal and origin outfits both crashed

      Sorry for the late reply, nexus doesnt warn me about new posts.
      
      You have to disable the HQ Models in the .ini
      There is a guide in my Yakuza 0 Kiryu in Kiwami Mod.

      I was trying to find the guide in your other mod, but I couldn't find it. :/ The mod worked for chapter 1 only but now it's crashing my game as soon as Kiryu gets into the city again in chapter 2.

      i placed the face textures (tex00, tex01, tex02) into the main texture mesh
