So freaking good! Especially with my own Reshade preset :)
And yes, during cutscenes, it seems they used a different model instead of in-game one. It's even more different during the FMV ones (Intro and during some songs).
I don't understand why they didn't just use the in-game cutscenes as a whole. I really don't like this back and forth different models for cutscenes.
THANK YOU FOR THE GODLIKE WORK! Really makes the game sooo much better!!!
Are these really the cutscene textures? Because they don't look the part. Kiryu's beard for example is a mush, modded or not, but in actual cutscenes you can count hairs. Actually, it looks like there ARE actual hairs protruding from his chin. Maybe a whole model switch is in order? Modded is slightly better, but it doesn't look cutscene quality.
Here's cutscene Kiryu (I recommend looking at this fullscreen in the forum version of this post):
EDIT: honestly I'm not sure if I'm looking at actual in-game cutscenes, or if these are videos... if they are videos, they are very high quality, because I can't really see typical video compression artifacts. It would explain why these cutscenes just ever so slightly stutter on my end, while everything else in the game is buttersmooth... some framerate incompatibility maybe. Then again I have identified clear videos, which were lower resolution altogether, and didn't slightly stutter...
