This mod is simply done to restore a few licensed things in the game. Namely the intro to have it's Japanese intro music, but with the addition of the video file being AI upscaled from it's PS3 1280x720 to a nicer 1920x1080 resolution, Mine's drink being restored to it's original Gatorade branding, and finally the spray being restored back to it's AXE Fragrance. In the Remaster these where changed to generic looking items and the AXE Fragrance was changed to a generic spray image and was renamed as Body Spray for Men.
This mod is made to be used with Ryu Mod Manager, which you can find here:

To install this mod you will need to first download RMM and set that up. Be sure to read the instructions on how to use it as it will make life a lot easier for you to use and install mods.
Once you have it set up. Drop the Y3 Licensed Restoration folder in the "mods" folder, next you will need to pack the item.bin file into boot_en. To do this you will need to download kaplas' partool which can be found here:

Now drag and drop the partool.exe into the bootpar folder along with the included add.bat and the boot_en folder from the mod. Now rename your boot_en.par to boot_enor.par and then run the add.bat. This basically will add the item.bin file to the par and pack it up quickly and save time. If you however don't care for the name to be changed back to AXE Fragrance, you can skip this step.
Finally replace advertise.usm in the mvuen folder with the one from this mod and you are done.
However I recommend making backups of any files that get directly replace, just in case. So keep that in mind.
Now go and enjoy that awesome JP intro and Mine chugging down that Gatorade like a champ!
