This mod/patch does not replace some of the "static" texts that is not using the ordinary font texture, so there will still be some blurry/pixelated text elements.
I might look into this, but this will require more work as I need to redo whole individual words/sentences in multiple textures instead of just replacing characters/symbols in a single texture that in most cases fixes all low res texts like in Yakuza 0, Kiwami and Kiwami 2.
No promises though, I'm only doing these types of projects when I feel that I have the time and motivation to do so.

Just one question: What about those cutscene subtitles? Are they affected by this mod (or how can one change the video text font to HD)? Also, it would be nice if the text had boxes or something like that, so it can be read better.

Yes. My font (texture to be specific) is in 1024 x 2048 (2x), the PC release is in 512 x 1024 (1x) and the PS3 one is in 256 x 512 (0.5x).
Yes. I've been using the Droid Sans Mono Font with some modifications for all my HiRes mods. It has no affiliations with Sega or any other related parts involved, I just looked around for fonts that was somewhat similar to the vanilla font and I happened to pick this.
No clue what font the PS3 release uses. I could research it, but it wouldn't surprise me if it leads to the same dead end as the vanilla Sega font which is impossible to find in usable formats atm unfortunately.
