      You have to go to setting, graphics option and then advanced and enable full framerate Cutscenes, it works.

   Getting 30 frames no matter which resolution I use. Also, video is full of noise and color chopping that isn't present in the vanilla intro. Unless that can be worked out, I see no reason to download this.

      The preview vid is fine, I'm talking about the mod file included. the 30 frames thing can be bypassed by taking a screenshot. I have no idea why. But the choppiness, noise and color loss is still present. I'm like 90% sure it comes from converting the original file to USM format. (which the preview video is not natively in) Download and test the file to see what I mean.
