v4 9/4/2016 - Fix for low FPS when using LeaderPack and Toolbox at the same time. No update to TB is required. - Collector and Scavenger shouldn't fire a zillion times at once now (fixed similar issue in Focus Fire, which we haven't seen reported) - Removed "autofill" button (it still appears when you are using Long War Toolbox); the squad now automatically updates and walk forward animation should play in squad select UI - Additional stability improvements
v3 5/12/2016 - Fixes compatibility / stability issues with 5/12 main game patch.
UPDATE 3/21/2016 v2 of the mod is published with the following fixes:
- You can no longer train psi perks at the same time as leader perks. This fixes a bug in which soldiers could get locked out of the psi labs. - Leaders with Collector and Scavenger will no longer accumulate intel points/bonus loot from kills during a mission after if they are mind-controlled, killed, leave the map, etc. - The command range icon will no longer appear on missions in which you have not brought a leader. - Fix to CTD on missions after player dismisses a leader. Note that this will not prevent eventual CTDs in the current mission in tactical savegames -- the damage has already been done and we can't undo it. The workaround if you have a leader-based CTD in the current mission is to uninstall the mod and finish the mission, and reinstall it and continue.
NOTE: We don't know if we have gotten every CTD that some players have experienced and associated with the mod; it has to do with the base-game obliterating something (a unit) when it shouldn't. It typically doesn't manifest until the end of the mission *after* the problem occurred, which makes it difficult to track. We were able to account for it in the dismissal case, but we'd be interested in additional reports that can connect a certain player action or event to an end-mission CTD that can be avoided by uninstalling the mod. Thanks.
UPDATE 5/12/2016
v3 is uploaded with critical compatibility fixes with the base game 5/12/2016 patch.
i have a question about this mod. and is related with all other long war mods. is this mod (and the others) made to work alongside the long war 2 mod? or are independent? does long war 2 already implements them and there's no need to use the long war packs?
i hope i get some answers soon, and thanks beforehand.
Launching a mission with a damaged spark unit seems to cause the sparks abilities to be duplicated. I assume it has something to do with how the squad select is done because I haven't had this bug using other squad size bugs that I recall. I am using both the LW Leader and LW Toolbox, and those are the only conflicts shown with the alternate game launcher.
I love the way toolbox implements the larger squad size.
hi, i just downloaded this mod from here, i dunno why i cant train my soldier? They're already at max level. The box at the top of the screen is black, and if i click it, the box said, "do you want to stop leader training?", then i can't do nothing after that. Btw, i also already purchased the upgrade button at the right bottom of the Guerrilla Tactics School. Did i miss something? Thank you.
Oh yea, i forgot to tell you, i used XCOM 2 pirate version. @@
