    except... this mod doesn't exist on Nexus AFAICT.

    Please, don't post the link to the steam version again. Do I need to explain why that is worthless?

      One likely scenario: some people can not access Steam workshop mods.
      Posting a mod here and tell people it required another mod on Steam is less than ideal.
