In case anyone's interested this is just a mirror of the mod up on the Steam Workshop with no changes (at least at time of writing the Workshop mod's not been updated and I doubt the author will be updating it).
So I'd converted that to Mods folder format, as I always do, because auto updates suck, and can break other mods. Been trying that out, lacks the "Others" function, but still better than Vanilla. I'd not got round to trying this one, no need to bother now.
Mods packed incorrectly for Mod Folders modular format.
Should be in it's own folder, with name matching the *.XComMod filename. In this mods case that would be. OverwatchAll
I don't think it stops it working, but if all mods had no named folder, they'd get hopelessly mixed up, which defeats the point of mod isolation. Making it imossible to know what files are the mods, and alsio making manual uninstallation extremely difficult. Please fix the package so mod is in it's own folder, when extracted to games mods folder.

Not compatible with WoTC.
This came out on workshop, at the same time, and is for WOTC.
