Works well and forces regular personnel turnover, immersive and useful. Viewing fatigue status on mission soldier selection panel is the most urgent matter to assess imho.
A little suggestion : Fatigue wounds feel kind of unrealistic though, there should be a penalty but perhaps just a wounded status replacing fatigue isn't the best choice. WILL could make more sense to penalize soldier exhaustion, and it could be cumulative through different fatigue statuses. For example : - a 'Fatigued' soldier going on a mission could have a -10 will reduction penalty for the mission and a 2X fatigue recuperation period, making him 'Exhausted'. - If an 'Exhausted' soldier goes on a mission -> he has -20 will during the mission and gets a permanent -5 will penalty at the end of the mission, and becomes 'Broken' getting 'Shaken' status and a 4X fatigue recuperation period. - A 'Traumatized' soldier would receive -10 will permanent malus on each additional mission. - 'Shaken' status can not be removed under a 'Fatigued', 'Exhausted' or 'Broken' status, the only way to recover from 'shaken' would be a full rest and a good mission performance. This could be an interesting feature in particular for the late game psi operatives management.
Well, perhaps it's complicated and not easy to implement but if ever possible, this could be really nice and make have a deeper sense than physical wounds, what do you think ?
