First, I wanna say this is a great mod. Second, I have a little doubt here: does the number of days displayed take into account if we have AWC (plus staffed engineer in order to speed up the healing process) + 'Heal Faster' as Resistance HQ bonus ?
Completely different thing, I know, but I'm curious:
Maybe I'm missing something in the vanilla game - but would there be some way of modding the events list to tell me when my wounded soldiers are ready for action again? I keep an engineer in the sickroom to speed up healing, but as soon as they're up and going, I want him to move onto something prodcutive - and not just spend a few days polishing bedpans.
Interesting idea. I'm not an XCom2 modder, but I think this should be doable by triggering a notification based on the wounded recovery events (though you'd probably have to go check the infirmary to see if there are other remaining casualties, then reassign the engineer manually).
Wounded soldier recovered messages do appear in the geoscape in the lower left hand corner, but the light blue on dark blue message is easy to miss. Additionally, any engineer sitting idle in a facility should trigger an Idle Engineer warning icon in the bottom left, although I don't recall weather or not these are visible with the Geoscape up. Regardless, hooking up a more noticeable message (like adding it to the events list) shouldn't be difficult. It's not something I'd add to this mod (as I somewhat expect Firaxis to make this mod obsolete one day) but it could probably be done as a standalone feature.

Thank you!
Will it in anyway conflict with 'soldier fatigue' mod ?
