You're all welcome, and thank you for the feedback! Couldn't agree with you more about feminine voices. Plenty of male voices, plenty of disagreeable female voices; we need more feminine voices who can also kick ass. I'm talking Kate Bekinsale Underworld! That kind of sexy.
Just wanted to update my earlier comment and say that I fixed the mod so it's now working. Hopefully, the author will see this and make the necessary corrections. If you want to follow my instructions and fix it for your own game do as follows:
1) Go to ...\XCOM 2\XComGame\Mods\RayneVoicePack, copy the folder inside (also named RayneVoicePack) and paste it back out in \Mods 2) You can then delete the rest of the original folder (including the other files inside), the mod content was one layer too deep to be seen by the mod launcher 3) Now we need to create an info file. Open a text document in Notepad, name the file RayneVoicePack.txt and paste this inside:
[mod] publishedFileId=635461390 Title=Raynevoicepack Description=This mod adds Rayne (voiced by Laura Bailey) to your Xcom voice library. Looking for some sassy, sultry vixen to complete your squad of resistance fighters? Do you feel that female voice packs are lacking in the modding community? Try this one out. You'll love it.
4) Save it to the RayneVoicePack folder we kept in \Mods. This folder should also have a Config, Content and Localization folders, the mod preview picture and a readme file. 5) Finally, rename the text file and change the extension so the filename becomes RayneVoicePack.XComMod 6) Now we'll do the same thing again for the shader.
*****EDIT: This guide is incomplete. Please wait for completion
That's it. Once that's complete you can go to the mod launcher, check the mod which is now listed under RayneVoicePack and it will work.
Thanks for the fix Oxycontiin. I have been at work all day, and just now read all posts regarding this mod (which is the first mod I have ever created or uploaded, not and excuse but bear with me). Is there any way I can fix this mod to make it easier for other people to install? I originally created this mod for steam, but as a gamer who also loves nexus mods I decided to upload the files to nexus in the same format as I did on steam. Apparently its not the same process. Any help would be appreciated, and again thank you for your feedback.

For those who want to hear the voice, just pop in the name on Utube.
p.s. Edit: Yea, the modder`s done something wrong. It won`t show up, no matter what i do with the files.
In the mean time if you do have the development kit you can open it up and hit build, all the files are there to create the mod.

EDIT: The character with this voice needs to be a Ranger, lol.
