About this mod
This mod adds a buildable M8 .300 Whisper to the game.
All of the weapon and schematic variables can be tweaked in the XComWHISPER.ini file. By default it's a slightly stronger magnetic assault rifle, stat-wise.
This mod features complete UI icons and upgrades.

After installing it to
SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\XCOM 2\XComGame\Mods\
You should find it as a new schematic under the the Weapons tab in
Engineering. Note that it doesn't automatically replace all the equipped
conventional revolvers on build.
It's recommended to tweak the .ini file depending on what tier of weapon you would like it to be and
how many resources it should require to build.
