   Hello,
   
   My troopers appear to be missing just about every skill. Most mods used are visual in nature I suspect those aren't likely the case.
   
   Gameplay mods are: Weapon overhaul and other tweaks
   Armor stat customiser
   advanced modular weapons
   more squad size upgrades
   additional proving ground engineer
   patrol when revealed
   muton centurion alien pack
   better vanilla mods
   specialist shotgun
   advanced training regimen
   dynamic stats development
   leader pack

   -edit: I found the suspect, one of the visuals was named the same as your mod, issue fixed
