Warning: DO NOT PREVIEW THE SOUND IN THE ARMORY. IT WILL CRASH YOUR GAME!

Just select the sound and it will work fine in game. I'm in talks with Firaxis on fixing this problem (it's on their end) and I'll post an update once that's fixed.

- New Voice Files added to more actions (was previously xcom 1 actions only)
- Volume of voices raised to appropriate levels

DISCLAIMER: I do not speak a lick of Russian so I'm sure many of these are probably not appropriate for the action. None the less there is 129 voice files and they all sound great. I hand-picked each one to fit the situation at hand and I think it came out pretty well. Let me know if you have any issues.
