   So i guess i should use the one on steam workshop? can i use mods from here at the same time from workshop xD? (why not update it here?)

      I hope you're not still waiting for an answer to your question, but i'll post it just in case (and for everyone else wondering)
      => Yes, you can use mods from the nexus AND the steam workshop at the same time without any problem.
      All my mods are from the nexus, except one, which is from steam workshop, and it works just fine.

   I tried using the Steam Workshop Downloader, but it's set to not allowed, sadly. Bummer! This needs updating. Badly!

   Still waiting for the update, please have it posted here. Somehow the one in Steam Workshop doesn't work for me as well.

   Hi I'm experiencing game crashes at the start of a new mission right after my soldiers gained their hidden abilities and I'm not sure if its something with the game other mods or the mod itself and as far as I know I dont have conflicting mods.

   thanks for putting work into this.
   
   I just made a new playthrough and sadly some of my soldiers, now COL don't have a hidden talent...
   It looks like when i buy some COL from the headquarter or blackmarket that they get their talent.
   
   But seems not work correctly with the ones you manually level by missions.

      True. I start a new campaign for Alien Hunter DLC. None of them have hidden talent when maxed.

      Same. Also same with Shen DLC. Please update this mod. This mod is doing great. It's really sad there are non hidden talent after I activated the dlcs, no matter what I do.

   It doesn't work for me
   
   I installed the mod thru mod manager, it showed up when starting XCOM2 and I checked it.
   
   Then I started a new game, build the AWC and I unlocked some hidden skills while playing.
   
   BUT I have several soldiers who are now MAX rank and NEVER received their hidden skill.
   I was going through the abilities screen on all my soldiers but nothing happened...

    Is it normal that the AWC doesn't show up anymore as a building option when you start a new game?

       you first need to unlock it via story research
