Go to Steam\Steamapps\common\XCOM 2\XComGame\Localization\Int
Make a backup of XComGame.int
Paste the downloaded file in the folder, accept override.
If you wish to uninstall the mod, you can use the back-up, or you can verify steam cache integrity.
