Does this work with War of the Chosen? As I can't even get my launcher to detect this!
Never mind found where I had to put it, was spoilt by the Steam Workshop doing that all for me, and didn't realize character pools went to a different place to mods!
1. Born: Gotham City, New Jersey USA Bruce is a billionaire who, on the surface, supported ADVENT; however, unknown to ADVENT at the time, his massive fortune was secretly funding the XCOM resistance across the globe. Shortly after the Commander was rescued, ADVENT discovered Bruce's involvement in the resistance and forced him into hiding. What they didnt count on, was his incredible aptitude for hand-to-hand combat, and that his preferred hiding spot is on the front lines of combat.
2. Born: Detroit, Michigan USA John Stewart was an officer in the United States Marine Corps (USMC) and joined the initial XCOM project without hesitation. After the ADVENT takeover, Stewart has been leading resistance militia forces across the North American continent. His leadership skills and battlefield experience are an immeasurably invaluable asset to the rebirth of the XCOM project.
3. Born: Fallville, Iowa USA Barry was a young superstar Track & Field athlete who was preparing for the Olympics during the initial invasion, after which, he went into hiding and became a secret courier running (sometimes literally) information between resistance cells. Once word got out that the famous Commander had been found, he ran toward the XCOM project as fast as he could.
4. Born: Gotham City, New Jersey USA Dinah was a Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) fighter who was preparing for her career-defining fight when the initial invasion occurred. Now, 20 years after the invasion (and after 20 years of guerilla training) she has decided to take her frustration out on the aliens who took away her career, her life, and her family.
5. Born: Brooklyn, New York USA Harleen was kept in an ADVENT psychiatric ward after the invasion as she suffered from delusions stemming from intense post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). When a battle between ADVENT forces and a resistance cell spilled over into the hospital that kept her, she saw her fellow humans rising up against the force that destroyed her world and quickly made her escape. She has since discovered the only thing that brings her comfort, is making the aliens go "boom."
6. Born: Atlanta, Georgia USA Arthur, although incredibly capable (especially in amphibious combat), was somehow completely overlooked by the original XCOM's recruitment staff despite submitting repeated applications. We are looking into this. (NOTE: May be mentally unstable, speaks with a British accent, asks other troops to refer to him as "Your Highness." Troops are obliging out of fear.)
7. Born: Lusaka, Zambia A young child during the initial attacks, Mari fled from her home village to South Africa, where she snuck onto a plane headed for the United Kingdom. With no family or home, she was taken in by the resistance and raised by former Special Air Service (SAS) operative Richard McCabe, who trained her in the art of survival. After returning to Africa to lead resistance cells in the region, she was recruited by XCOM due to her invaluable knowledge in guerilla tactical warfare.
8. Born: [ERROR: MISSING DATA] Apparently, all data on "John Jones" has seemingly vanished from the records. John has no records in government files, XCOM databases or even ADVENT networks that we can find. What we do know however, is that he sought out XCOM, immediately volunteered, and shows an incredible aptitude for Psionic abilities. He also seems to have a natural calming effect on the other recruits and is well-liked by nearly everyone on staff.
9. Born: Gotham City, New Jersey Barbara is a savant with information technology and has been digitally harassing ADVENT since she could hold a datapad. She has contributed heavily to both Tygen and Shen's work through optimizing the Avengers on-board data network as well as their personal workstations. While they'd love to keep her on staff full time, Barbara demands to be on the front lines like any other soldier. Against our better judgement, we're obliging.NOTE: Never piss off the IT girl.
10. Born: Los Angeles, California USA Starr was the young CEO of a multinational media conglomerate when ADVENT took over, and naturally, media was one of their priority targets. Having been ousted from her company by ADVENT, Karen found the resistance and has been overseeing communications for them for quite some time. Having her on the XCOM team will prove incredibly valuable as we establish our communications network... she also happens to be a hell of a shot.
11. Born: Matsue, Japan Tatsu is a rare find. A former member of Japans Self-Defense Force, the "Tokushu Sakusen Gun," Tatsu was imprisoned by ADVENT after their invasion of Narashino and held there for 10 years. An expert in stealth, hand-to-hand and firearms combat, Tatsu was too valuable to let sit in a cell. Through help of resistance ops, XCOM was able to bust her out and she has since agreed to help us in our fight.
12. Born: Starling City, Washington USA Former CEO of Queen Consolidated, Oliver went underground during the joint ADVENT strikes on Starling City and Seattle, Washington. Working from the shadows, Queen established a largely autonomous resistance cell in that took foothold in the San Juan Archipelago and on into southwestern Canada. An exceptional sniper, rumor has it he can rack up more kills on a single mission than entire squads during extended campaigns. 13 Born: Cheyenne, Wyoming USA Woodson was a world-renowned bounty hunter before the initial alien invasion. An expert in firearms and an incredible marksman, Jonah has offered his services to the XCOM project. On terms of his recruitment, Mr. Hex simply stated: You guys can pay me after we win.(NOTE: When we do finally take down ADVENT, Commander, our intel teams suggest we should pay the man.)
14. Born: Bludhaven, New York USA Grayson is a former circus acrobat who was recruited and trained by the Las Vegas Freedom Fighters after the ADVENT takeover. His natural athletic talent made him a prime candidate for single-man covert operations. The only issue we have found is that, as good as everyone knows him to be, no one thinks Grayson is better than Grayson himself.
15. Born: [DATA NOT FOUND] Rip Hunter (which sounds a made up name from a comic book) won't tell us much about himself, other than simply telling the intel staff that he's "here to help." He seems to have quite a knowledge of tech that Shen only invented recently for the XCOM project, which confuses the hell out of Shen but she's thankful nonetheless. He also seems to be giving our scout teams very high probability targets with improbable accuracy. If he's here to help, we're glad to have him.
16. Atlantic City, New Jersey USA Todd was orphaned during the original XCOM attacks on the United States. He survived on his own and not much is known about his past; however, he speaks several languages, is an expert in technology, hand-to-hand combat, firearms and military tactics. Despite all this, he generally keeps to himself and prefers to work as solo as possible.
17. Born: Bari, Italy Helena was born in Italy a few years before the invasion 20 years ago. After the invasion, her family helped her flee to New York where she was orphaned and left to survive on her own. Shortly thereafter, she was taken in by a highly decorated mafia hitman and trained in the art of hand-to-hand combat & firearms. When ADVENT dismantled the New York mafia, Bertinelli escaped and joined a nearby resistance cell. Despite her past, Helena is talented and XCOM is glad to have her.
18. Born: [UNKNOWN] Commander, Kory (or "Starfire" as the lab techs are calling her) displays an aptitude for Psionic energy that we have barely experienced from even the strongest of alien forces we've encountered since the original invasion. We recommend putting her in extensive Psionic training immediately. The untapped potential here is astonishing. Also, Kory is unnervingly happy. Not that we are complaining, it's just... unusual
19. Born: Galway, Ireland Commander, although she is an incredibly adept Psionic agent, we some concerns about her mental stability. While in the field, Siobhan displays a rather unnerving... let's call it "enjoyment," when Psionically assaulting her alien targets. She is incredibly vicious with her attacks, going beyond the standard trained "disabling" of targets and moving into what can only be described as "Psionic torture" of whatever she gets ahold of. Please keep an eye on her in the field.
20. Born: North Hollywood, California USA You'll find few people as naturally talented or as unfailingly optimistic as Rayner. A constant source of inspiration to the team, merely having him on the squad seems to instantly and tangibly boost morale. Techs in the lab are still working to figure out if this is some sort of latent Psionic effect, or if he's just naturally inspiring. Now if we can just get him to shut up for five minutes.
21. Born: Kurrumburra, Australia Although it drives him crazy, our soldiers started calling Harkness "Captain Boomerang," which George claims is racist (NOTE: Our staff is currently checking into whether or not this is indeed racist). Regardless, Harkness is an invaluable member of our frontal assault team and quite adept with "impromptu technology" in the field.
22. Born: Tampa, Florida USA Waylon is a convicted felon who was serving time for multiple homicide in a Florida State Prison during the initial XCOM attack. During the attack, he escaped into the Florida Everglades and survived out there for years on his own until a local resistance unit found him and offered to take him in. XCOM only learned of his past upon recruitment, and has agreed to let him work off his crimes (and work out his aggression) by helping us stop ADVENT.
23. Born: Seattle, Washington USA Roy is incredibly adept in intelligence gathering and skilled with a wide arsenal of weaponry. Having no military background, XCOM is unsure of where he received his training, nor does he proport to have any resistance affiliations, but we're glad to have him on board nonetheless.
24. Born: Coast City, California USA Hal is a former fighter pilot that shot down his fair share of UFO's with the original XCOM project. After the ADVENT takeover, Hal took to covert ops transport of people and supplies between resistance sites all over the globe. Jordan has been indispensable in training our Avenger flight crew and is quite handy with a rifle in the field. He has a seemingly indomitable will in the most dire of combat situations.
25. Born: Metropolis, New Jersey USA Kara signed up after hearing her brother was seeking out the XCOM project. She is quite tough for her small frame, and has exceeded other recruits in both physical and mental testing and has shown an incredible toughness in the field not seen in veterans. The other soldiers have taken to calling her "Supergirl."
26. Born: [NO DATA FOUND] Commander, while he displays an incredible aptitude for combat, XCOM staff cannot recommend keeping Jack on staff. He's unstable, unsettling, unpredictable and occasionally unhinged. If you're going to keep him on-roster, our psychological staff recommends keeping him in the field as much as possible. The last thing they want to see is him with too much time on his hands.
27. Born: Kroy Wen, New York USA While displaying an incredibly aptitude for Psionic arts, Zatanna has been consistently found doing "parlor tricks" with her Psionic abilities for the entertainment of the rest of the crew. While the lab techs see no immediate threat, they did admit to the potential for an accident if Zatara attempts these sorts of indulgences while under any sort of stress or anxiety.
28. Born: Bronx, New York USA We're not going to mince words here, Lawton was a hitman; an unparalleled marksman in his own right, but a murderer-for-hire nonetheless. He was on the run from authorities when the first invasion occurred 20 years ago, during which, he had his pursuers dead-to-rights, but instead turned his fire on the sectoid invaders, thereby saving his would-be captors. He has been moving around hitting ADVENT targets ever since, and has offered to join XCOM in our fight.
29. Born: Stamford, Connecticut USA If it weren't for his aptitude with field tech, Shen and Tygen would demand we keep him on the Avenger 24x7. A top notch inventor and technician, Palmer has helped make extremely valuable modifications to our drone technology, including reducing weight by miniaturizing various components. If you decide not to take Ray into the field, perhaps he can support our engineering staff by making similar modifications to the Avenger itself.
30. Born: Central City, Ohio USA We can't find much data on Eobard in our systems, nor what we are currently able to access from ADVENT. Thawne is a natural technician however. He is one of the best hackers that XCOM has at our disposal and seems to have an intricate knowledge of technologies that have only recently been invented by both ADVENT and our own scientists.
31. Born: Valencia, Carabobo; Venezuela Rene moved to the United States at a very young age where she pursued a career as a detective prior to the initial invasion event. In the period of the ADVENT takeover, she has been responsible for several online conspiracy publications designed to out secrets about ADVENT that XCOM is only verifying recently for ourselves. While quite capable in combat, Montoya seems to be in a constant state of paranoia and prefers to keep her face hidden at all times.
32. Born: Chicago, Illinois USA Waller is a storied black-ops official in charge of some of the darkest operations in US history. After the ADVENT takeover, she was recruited by ADVENT as a military consultant, a position she accepted; however, no one is ultimately sure where her loyalty lies. If we can get Waller to side with XCOM, her knowledge of the inner-workings of ADVENT power structure and operational procedures could be what turns the tide of this war. Consider her a priority target.
33. Born: Metropolis, New Jersey USA Current CEO of LexCorp Intl., former U.S. President Luthor is a priority target for XCOM. He contacted us through covert channels and states that despite his open, public support for ADVENT and the alien invaders, he has been secretly funding militia forces across the globe. At the very least, this gives us reason to bring him in. Whether he's to be trusted or not remains to be seen.
34. Born: Chicago, Illinois USA Former Chief of Police in Chicago, Gordon has been on the run since the invasion. After leading several successful ops against ADVENT forces, ADVENT captured Gordon and has been holding him for months trying to extract information on various resistance cells... the hard way. This one is personal for a few members of our team.
Great job on the bios. I dont have xcom 2 yet, but when I do, I am getting this mod. P.S. Could you include bios in your pics or make a video showing off your entire roaster. It is a pain in the butt to use Note Pad.
Great mod, most look really awesome! Deathstroke needs some work though (make him look more like on the show maybe?) and it would be really cool if maybe you could make a Deadshot that looks like he does on Arrow. Because he's so awesome on that show.
