About this mod
After a conversation where another person asked an overhaul maker to change the Rank Names I started thinking how to make the Rank Names more modular. This is the result:
When you select your country, that will change the rank structure/names for your soldiers to be based off that country's rank structure

- Donations
The last of the countries have been added and since the mod has not been very popular I will be discontinuing further work unless I get called back for fixes or someone has ideas to add to this that interest me. I had fun making and testing the mod and will be working on other modlets to add to the community overhaul Long War.
If you have ever changed the rank names yourself for your soldiers then you're aware that it's not that difficult, that being said I decided it might be fun/interesting for players to make the rank name more modular within the game to prevent the desire of changing the names yourself.
All Countries currently have Officer Ranks established within the attached"RanksDeterminedByLocation.int" :
All Countries currently have Enlisted Ranks established within the attached "RanksDeterminedByLocation.int" :
I only speak and read English so I am only able to use ranks I find from online Wikis for countries with languages that don't exactly translate well into English. If you want to submit translations or suggest modifications to the existing Rank Names you're welcome to comment on here or you can join our discord. There will be a discord link within the Installation Guide .txt or you can find me(Alandauron) on szmind's discord "Ogre's Swamp" if you have already joined that one.
I intend to eventually search for the Rank Names myself but those will be from online wikis so if you want to help me out by sending more accurate ranks for the 16 Council nations in the game I am open to them. Thanks to everyone who is trying out my mod and I look forward to your feedback.
I have added the ability to link Enlisted and Officer ranks together within the "RanksDeterminedByLocation.int" so that you don't get Army Enlisted ranks mixed with Air Force Officer ranks unless you want it to work that way. iBranch is the variable name and isn't required unless you want to link rank set together. Use the existing format in the INT to make those links.

- Soldier Rank Names will now change depending on the starting country you choose when loading into a game
- The mod is compatible with existing saves and will modify the Rank Names upon loading a save
- You can set both Enlisted & Officer Rank Names in the INT file within the download
- In the most recent version you can have multiple options for each country
