A number of the things ToolBoks does might be considered 'virus' type activity by any AV program, because it is unpacking files and making hex edits which are not 'typical' application functions. The point is that it only runs under your conscious control, and therefore at your direction whereas malware typically hides it's activities and runs in the background without informing you.
Your options are to either tell your AV that it is an authorized exception, or notify the AV vendor it's a false positive. (The latter is recommended, and preferred by the vendors. They don't like false positives either.)
I want to know how to use the tools without having to turn off my antivirus. I love the program and I have just recently started to try and use it, but every time my antivirus go back online it keeps deleting the tools.
Also I wish to know if deleting the tools.exe will make EW/EU stop working or it's not require to have tools.exe available to use the mods on EW/EU?
Deleting toolboks have no effect on the game. They are completely separate entities. Your anti-virus program most likely allows you to select what happens when a possible virus is found. Adjust accordingly...
