"*something something* ignored me! *something something* respect me!" The rejected Lin Kuei is here to turn everyone into cyborgs, and prove that she doesn't have an inferiority complex!
She's voiced by Sara Cravens, and I used 439 files (all the intros present up to Ultimate + Efforts) that I chopped plus some pre-rendered cutscenes' li

Now, I (and by extension you if you use this beauty) gotta say thanks to PsyCHo and his marvellous collection of voices for Xcom 2, cause he made this possible. He sent me the files I used for Frost plus some other stuff, saving me from downloading a 90 gb game, something it's kinda impossible when your main HDD is full and your secondary one is kinda busted! Plus, he took the work of extracting it all, so yeah, go give him some huge smoochies, cause he saved me on this one.
Now, Frost will drop some references to the Lin Kuei, lines about cold garbage, so on, so forth. There's also a couple (and I mean a couple) lines that have bg noise. That's because I ripped them from the pre-rendered cutscenes. It's just a couple, but they're there. But by now if you've been following my work, then you're probably used to this (and probably want me dead!).
Installation for Long War users:
1) To install...go to XCom-Enemy-Unknown\XEW\XComGame\CookedPCConsole, create a folder named "Voice" if you need it, and place the first folder that came inside the .rar file.
2) Then go to XCom-Enemy-Unknown\XEW\XComGame\Config, open DefaultContent, then press ctrl + f / ctrl + b (one of 'em should work), and search for eCharVoice_FemaleBlueshirt1. You'll end up with a highlighted line that will look a little bit like this: VoicePackageInfo=(VoiceType=eCharVoice_FemaleBlueshirt1,ArchetypeName="Voice_BSFVoice1.BSFVoice1").
3) Below it (or anywhere around the voicepacks section for that matter), you gotta place this voicepack's specific config line, here, let me show you how I currently have it:
Notes: see that "Language=X" part? Change it to whatever you see fit. From 0 to 6 it's the vanilla EW languages (English, Italian, French, Spanish, you know the drill).
If you, for example, want to have this vp in the British English section, you gotta change it into Language=7. Then you gotta change the "Voice_Male/FemaleSoldierX" into whatever you need. If you already have 3 male voices for British English, and you want to add another one, you'll have to have the new one as "Voice_MaleSoldier4,Language=7". Otherwise, if you have 2 that look the same there, one will "override" the other, and the game will detect one of them, instead of both. You gotta tidy up up them config lines if you download a buncha vps, ya' know!
You can have up to 9 voices in each "Language" for males, but only up to 6 with females, and 2 with MECs. If you go beyond that, the game will start overriding some of them, and you won't be able to use a couple of 'em. You just gotta try and label them as you see fit!
If the installation guide didn't made any sense to you, follow this guide:
Remember to paste this voicepack's specific config line! Big thanks to ObelixDk for his lovely, lovely guide.
Installation for Vanilla EW users: check any of MJpoland's voicepacks for a guide, as I really, really don't know what to do with Vanilla EW!
