About the installation, did you mean to paste the files or actually the (Canadian) folder? Will the game find the files within the folder - 'cause the config does not specifies so?
The game will find them as long as they're inside the Voices folder (I think it might fnd them outside it too, but don't quote me there because I'm not sure).
You can paste the files with or without the subfolders. I highly recommend keeping the folders because it makes it easier to keep track what belongs to what.
