   in my experince of all things military, (my mom is in the military aswell so i have a source of info for, navy, IS1 if any of you care) 1 is usally used as higher then 2 or 3, so your first two ranks here are backwards, otherwise this is a awesome rank rename, i've found other rank renames to be considerably less correct.

   Since the recent patch (08/01/2013) I found I also need to modify the XcomGame.INT file in My Documents/My Games/XCOM - Enemy Unknown/XComGame/Localization/INT for the changes to appear ingame. I'm running Windows 7 64-bit, folder structure might be different on other OS.
