   Does not do as described. Just simple things like the soldier cost being 10 as described in the changelog are not changed. Multiple other instances too.

      Your wrong it does exactly as described. Did you even try the mod?

      Same for me, checked the modded .ini and it just said soldiercosts= 25, changed it myself tho.
