Almost certainly your problem is the sequence in which you installed your mods. In particular, because it requires renaming the XComGame.EXE, you must always apply any TexMode 'texture replacement' modifications absolutely after all other mods that affect the EXE. The patcher can't apply to the TexMod launcher, because the code it's replacing is certainly not in the correct location and most likely not there at all.
If it involves graphics changes, at this point in time it involves TexMode. So Strategic Redux (as an overhaul mod) should go in first. Then mods based upon how extensive their changes, larger first: like Second Wave + UFO, Enhanced Perk tree, No Aim and Crit Bonus, etc. Then ToolBoks (and be sure to disable the hash checks), and apply the graphic replacers. Then, and only then, rename the game EXE so you use the TexMode launcher.
You might also want to check out the Wiki 'Basic Guide to installing mods' article. (I can see I need to add this information to it, so thanks for listing your mod order which made the need clear. Edit: Added.)
Granted I used it in conjunction with: -Additional heads mod -Enhanced Perk Tree mod -Military retexture (yes I switched the names of the XComegame.exe back before applying patch) -No Aim And Crit Bonus for AI mod -Second wave + UFO mod -X-Com Graphics Mod -X-Com logo remover -X-Com ToolBoks
I installed this mod last and my .exe stopped functioning. This is probably the only mod I need to complete my list of complaints about the game, please trouble shoot and/or debug it so that it works.
Please leave a comment if you like / dislike the mod or would like any changes.
I need feedback to know if it's fun and playable or not. I've done a fair amount of play testing myself, and whilst the game is a little more unforgiving now it is still definitely winnable. Tested on Classic Ironman.
