Thank you! It really did bug me how a world-sized organization like XCOM only had such low amounts of money.... You just upped the game immersion for me! :-D
I always thought that everything in XCOM was supposed to be a scaled down version of the 'real' thing. Like you aren't actually fighting with 4-6 soldiers but rather each soldier represents a handful of soldiers and a dollar represents hundreds or thousands of dollars.
Wait, does your mod just basically add 3 zeroes to all source of income and expenses, or we actually get more money from everything? Because i think when you are humanity's last hope for survival, every bank in the world would be throwing money at you, and can you please make a "Cheat" version in that case?
Great mod. Loved the Idea. I think I'm having some issues while installing it mid game, as all the expenses become new values but the incomes from satellites already launched stay the old ones, making me have a monthly deficit of 451,000. Coul be a premature impression however, as I didn't wait to the end of the month to check what happens. Could you give a confirmation?
Consider the following. All values in XCOM are simply reduced in the order of a hundred thousand or million so as to make numbers smaller.
Probably for better fits in small screens and such. Obviously people aren't buying jets for $200 dollars and a secret international government organization gets more than $80 a month as funding.
It's probably more like 800k or 8m, and it doesn't really need to be apparent as long as you use common sense. I guess some people just want to feel immersed though or whatever, instead of using their brains.
Using your brain and feeling immersed are completely different things? I obviously know its not 200 dollars but it looks stupid so I changed it to look less stupid. It's really that simple. if you don't like it, don't use it. Simple as.

He probably knows that you aren't buying jets for 200 dollars or getting 80 dollars a month for funding.
But I guess you didn't use common sense to figure this out, or your brain or whatever.
