   Also, my mods all got disabled after last patch and steam kept trying to re-install everytime i launched the game, retrieving a new exe disabling mods, and the mod did not work. The call home in the first patch is worked around thru the hosts file, but for some resaon on the 2nd patch everything quit working and I had to remove the lines from the host file, and save (always edit hosts file as ADMIN, very important) delete the exe and ALL mod files from the game dir, then go into the steam folder and delete clientregistry.blob, restart computer (important step) restart steam, let in dl the files it needs, go to properties on the xcom listing in the library (r.click->properties) the the local files tab, verify integrity. THEN, start xcom, let it do its setup then go all the way to the main menu (important as this is how steam validates the install)and exit. NOW put the mod files into the binaries file and run patcher.bat. Now add the files back to the hosts file (running as admin) and save. Now, to make sure the mod is working go to start a new game and if you have already beaten the game, 2nd wave will be enabled. Another way is to go to start a mission, and put on carapace or higher armor and you will see you have more item slots (2 for everything but kevlar, and 3 for titan, going to change it to 1 for archangel and psi, as the flight and psi boost are high enough, OR I may make the items SERIOUSLY expensive, like 1k monies just to start).

   Yeah sorry.
   1:download the 2files included
   2:place them both in the "binaries" foloder located in you X-com directory.
   3:run patcher.bat
   4:open your hosts file(c/wondows/system32?drivers/ect/hosts
   5add these lines to that file: (VERY IMPORTANT YOU CLICK "RUN AS ADMIN" when opening this file or you will not be able to save your changes, my copy of windows is always logged on as super administrator, win 7 ultimate 64 xdark deluxe 5.0, so the steps I need to take MAY be different from your, as my windows has been HEAVILY modified.
