The link on the OP is by kolt16 for EU only, and is outdated. The corrected link is here. The mod itself has not been updated since 03 Dec 2012, which means at best it's only useable with EU Patch 2 and is not even playable with the "Downgrade EU to patch 4" mod installed.
When I DL'd and ran this file it contained 2 trojans. When you run the TPK files you will get a box that says'D OH'...............A clear indication of malicious behaviour. Luckily my AV caught them and I was able to delete safely.
This has to be the best looking textures mod I've seen for Xcom. Only wish I understood how it works so it could be included in the EW Long War beta 15x
Hey, I need help. Whenever I try to run the game through the texmod, I keep getting s#*! Happened D'Oh error. I was wondering if anyone knew the problem.
so i just installed the mod for EW following the instructions and having all setting on high and selecting all three .tpf files but for some reason only the helmets get retextured. Anyone has any idea what could the problem be?
Same thing, I renamed Enemy Within following the instructions (http://wiki.tesnexus.com/index.php/Modifying_Textures_-_XCOM:EU_2012) and when I launch the game with the textures on High, the only change I notice is on 2 helmets. (32 and 38 I think).

If you are playing EW with the Long War mod, be sure you are using the "Military Retexture Pack for EW Long War", by baszermaszer which has been updated for LW Beta 15.

I use it with Long War (installed TexMod last).
