    Can't believe how this can be among top rated mods although it does exactly NOTHING. Yet people rate it as if they see any difference.

    This is actually a scientific proof that PEOPLE ARE DUMB AS HELL.

      It does not do nothing. It actally makes graphics on my system WORSE.

      hmm, I saw this mod recommended on a long war overhaul. after digging around I realise that the reason people think it does nothing is because it only affects EU, not EW. the last update was 2012. EW was 2013.... would love to see it action tho.

      Absolutely YES please, in the meantime, I'll check your file and compare its values to the ones used in the baseEngine.ini from the XEW folder. Will backup the file first of course,

    I really want to believe this enhances the graphics, but I really can't see the difference if there are no before and after comparisons.

    Edit: Tried it for the heck of it. I saw absolutely 0 change in graphics.
