I could not find any shields or guns in the shipyards of Split. Is there a condition for them to appear there, or does the mod just not work on version 5.10?
It seems like that you can buy the blueprints from the faction representative of the Yaki. I wasn't able to the test applying those new blueprints because I don't have a shipyard myself yet. So you might able to test it if you have one.
This mod doesn't seem to work anymore. Cannot find the new shields either in a wharf/shipyard or as an encyclopedia entry. I also tried to add my reputation status to +30 with every split faction and got a licences, but still no new shields available for sell (building new ship and modifying a ship).
EDIT: After a bit of digging I was able to find out where you can get the blueprints (Yaki pirate base). So this mod might still work (couldn't test it since I don't have a own shipyard yet).

I'm curious as to if you have an English or Russian translation for the items, my German is virtually non-existent.
But i cant see or buy the weapons...
