About this mod
No one likes it when the other side withdraws from an agreement.
With this mod installed aborting a mission results in reputation loss (1-3 rep) between the player and a mission giver's faction.
There is also some Cr fine, which depends on aborted mission reward and relations.

The higher the reputation, the greater the level of reputation loss but smaller the financial penalty.
Max Cr fine level is 50% of an aborted mission reward.
For mission chains all submission rewards are considered.
However if a mission gives no Cr reward - fine is calculated based on a mission difficulty.
So e.g. aborting a mission for which there was a 220 000 Cr reward, given by faction that player has +22 rep will hit player with -3rep and ~46 000 Cr
But aborting the same mission given by a faction that player has +6 rep will hit player with -1rep and ~105 000 Cr
There is a chance (30%) that aborted mission was not important to the faction offering it and therefore there will be no penalty.
