Ok thanks, I'm using your save file to start a new game, unmodded. But I was trying to start the Boso Tar science mission and couldn't find it anywhere, not until I finished the current PIO mission did I find out that the Boso Tar mission was already in progress. It would also be better to have the text in English than in German. And I'm not even playing it in English, let alone german.
Maybe you do realize that the description might help you out with your question?
Here is another hint: There is an indication that more online functionality might come to play in the next updates. And maybe that will also require a clean file and therefore a clean start.
